Why this wine?

Pure Fun and Freshness: Made mostly from the Jaen grape variety (with touches of Touriga Nacional), this wine is an explosion of red fruits, mineral notes, and subtle pepper. It is juicy, direct, and incredibly refreshing.

The Signature of João Tavares de Pina: Produced at Quinta da Boavista, in Penalva do Castelo, this wine reflects an agriculture philosophy focused on the ecosystem. Here, chemicals do not enter. The vineyards, surrounded by biodiversity and complementary plants at 550m altitude, produce healthy grapes full of character.

Minimal Intervention, Maximum Pleasure: The grapes are fully destemmed and ferment spontaneously with indigenous yeasts. The wine ages for 9 months on the lees in stainless steel and is bottled without filtration and with minimal sulfites. The result? An authentic wine, alive and without makeup.

Nose: Primary aromas of fresh red fruit, with a vegetal and mineral touch typical of granite and clay-schist soils.
