Our monthly natural wine packs are shipped to Portugal, across Europe and the rest of the world via carriers specialised in handling wine. Below you will find all important information regarding costs, timeframes and delivery conditions.

SHIPPING

Minimum Age Requirement

Delivery can only be made to customers aged 18 or over (21 in some countries, depending on local legislation).

How Monthly Packs Work

  • Each month corresponds to the shipment of a unique and exclusive pack.

  • You will receive a shipment confirmation email with the tracking link.

  • The carrier will attempt delivery up to 3 times; after this, the pack is returned and shipping costs are non-refundable.

FLAT SHIPPING RATE PER PACK

Regardless of the chosen pack (3, 6 or 3 exclusive), we apply a single shipping price.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING – EUROPE

Listed below are all zones and single prices per pack (equivalent to shipping up to 6 bottles / 10 kg).

Europe – Zone 1

Spain 20€ per pack

Europe – Zone 2

Germany, Austria, Belgium, France, Netherlands, Luxembourg 30€ per pack

Europe – Zone 3

Denmark, Slovakia, Slovenia, Hungary, Lithuania, Poland, Czech Republic 40€ per pack

Europe – Zone 4

Croatia, Estonia, Italy, Sweden, Latvia 50€ per pack

Europe – Zone 5

Bulgaria, Finland, Greece, Romania 60€ per pack

Other Countries

We currently do not ship to the United Kingdom. Shipping to the USA is possible, but please contact us as an extra fee of 20€ per bottle will be charged. If you reside outside these zones, please contact us for a personalised shipping quote.

DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery times vary by region:

  • Mainland Portugal: 1–3 working days

  • Madeira and Azores: 3–7 working days

  • Europe: 3–10 working days

  • Rest of the World: 8–20 working days

Tracking will be sent automatically by email as soon as the pack leaves our warehouse.

VAT, CUSTOMS AND DUTIES

For countries outside Portugal:

  • Local VAT rates or customs duties may apply.

  • These charges are the customer’s responsibility.

RETURNS POLICY

As these are limited production monthly packs:

  • We do not accept returns except in the case of damaged products.

  • If you receive a damaged bottle, please contact us within 48 hours, sending a photograph of the packaging and the contents.
